- What is the difference between personal and professional license?
- The personal license is restricted to non-commercial use only. If you use the software for commercial use you must order a professional license. The professional license activates additional functionality and includes free support. See product description for more details regarding enhanced functions.
- I can not activate my license on a 64-bit system, what could be the reason?
- This is a problem dedicated to older version of our software. Please update your software to the latest version.
- How can I obtain a license for offered products?
- Several software partners allows to obtain a license from their webshop. It is also possible to order a license directly via contact form.
- How can I obtain product support?
- Please fully understand that we only support licensed products. If you have sold a professional license use the contact form to send us an incident request. We will normally respond within 2 days on any request.

- What database systems are supported?
- All database systems using an ODBC connector.
- What is the purpose of the GDIOpt module and which GDI applications are supported?
- This module fixes rounding differences within STD files or post it to an specific account. It supports all GDI applications using the STD file format.

- Is it allowed to alter the text fields and icons of the runtime to implement my own branding?
- Yes but you need a professional license.

- Is a central configuration possible?
- You can preconfigure the application by using policies. Each parameter is explained within the manual included in the professional edition.
- Why is it not possible to assign drive letters to specific drives?
- Please ensure that a drive is not already assigned to a drive letter. There is also a Windows® limitation which doesn't permit different users for the same connection target.
- What does the option "server command" do?
- This option allow to execute NAS commands, e.g. shutdown of NAS server.
